If the people do not fear death, what good is threatening to kill them?
If you constantly cause people to be afraid of death, abnormal are the ones you make and get.
Who would dare to then seize and kill them?!
Because there is always the master executioner.
And then those who kill on behalf of the master executioner.
This is like taking the place of the master carpenter.
And when taking the place of the master carpenter, few escape without wounding their own hands!
