Lose the Body
Translation by Tree Buffalo
Attain the goal of emptiness, by maintaining absolute stillness.
Everything comes into existence this way, and from that we can see how things return.
Indeed things flourish profusely, but each one always returns to absolute stillness.
Returning to absolute stillness returns us to our original nature.
And returning to our original nature is the only constant.
Thus, knowing the constant is called insight, while not knowing the constant is reckless and leads to disaster.
Knowing the constant is to embrace everyone, and embracing everyone means to be unprejudiced.
To be unprejudiced is complete, and completeness brings one close to nature.
To be close to nature is to be close to the Universe.
And to be close to the Universe is to be long-lasting.
This is how to lose the body without danger.
