The Converging Point

A big country is like a low river.
It is the converging point of the world: the female of the world.
The female always conquers the male through stillness.
And because stillness takes the low position, big countries should put themselves below smaller countries.
This is how smaller countries who put themselves below bigger countries can accordingly win the bigger countries.
Therefore, some that are low conquer and some conquer by putting themselves low.
This is why big countries that don’t surpass their own desires unite and feed the people.
And small countries that don’t surpass their own desires want to enter and serve the people.
This is how both of them each gets what they want.
The greater one fittingly acts lower.
