Peace after hate always leaves residual hate.
How can this be resolved?
The wise person keeps their side of the contract, but does not demand the other side keeps theirs.
Have virtue by keeping contracts.
Lose virtue by demanding payment.
The Universe doesn’t care either way, but follows the virtuous person.
