Valuing Life

People starve when their rulers consume high taxes.
This is the reason for starving.
People are hard to govern when their rulers are fond of interfering.
This is the reason for difficult governing.
People take death lightly when they seek life’s intensity.
This is the reason for making light of death.
Thus, only those who don’t seek life are the ones good at valuing life.
