Hidden the Jade

My words are very easy to understand, and very easy to put into practice.
However, no one in the world can understand them or put them into practice.
Because words have history and actions contain logic.
And because people do not understand this, they do not understand me.
Of the few who do understand me, those who follow me are fewer still.
Because while the wise person may wear course clothes, inside is hidden the jade.
