If you want to shrink something you must first expand it.

If you want to weaken something you must first strengthen it.

If you want to abandon something you must first embrace it.

If you want to take something you must first give it.

Call this the dark light, because the tender and weak conquer the stiff and strong.

And just as fish cannot be separated from the deep, sharp weapons of the state should not be shown to the people.
